All OBMF concerts are open to the public with non-reserved general seating. There are four concerts listed below with links for purchasing tickets. We expect these concerts to fill up fast, so reserve your space now!
For all seven remaining concerts, there is a suggested $20 donation at the door, however all are welcome. If you are checking us out for the first time, don’t hesitate to drop by and see what all the fuss is about! Even better, introduce yourselves and become part of the one of a kind OBMF musical family.
Oyster Bay Music Festival Spring Fundraiser

Suggested donation is $100, with larger donations most gratefully appreciated.
Master Class & Recital
French flutist, Thomaz Tavares and OBMF guest artist, Rieko Tsuchida, will be hosting an hour masterclass followed by a recital featuring works by Yuko Uebayashi, Francis Poulenc, Gabriel Faure and Rachmaninov.

2026 WINTER CONCERT
We are absolutely delighted to invite you to an unforgettable evening at our special winter concert for the Oyster Bay Music Festival! Join us at the beautiful St. John's Church in Cold Spring Harbor for a night filled with exquisite music, community spirit, and passionate performances. We'll be showcasing three incredible, prize-winning artists—Nathan Meltzer, Bethany Bobbs, and Maxim Lando — whose virtuosity and charisma will light up the stage! Seen and Heard International
Winner of the 2023 Concert Artist Guild Competition, major prize winner at the 2022 Sibelius and Singapore International Violin Competitions, youngest ever to win the Windsor Festival Competition, and recipient of the Salon de Virtuosi Career Grant, New York City based violinist Nathan Meltzer is establishing a multi-faceted career as a soloist and chamber musician, with passions for both standard and contemporary repertoire. Nathan has performed as a soloist with major orchestras around the world. He has performed with the Orchestre national d'Île-de-France, the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Royal Northern Sinfonia, the Finnish RSO, the Helsinki Philharmonic, and the Aalborg, Charlotte, Concepción, Indianapolis, Medellín, Montréal, North Carolina, and Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestras, among others, performing across Europe and North and South America. Nathan is the co-founder and Artistic Director of The Green Room Ensemble, a non-profit chamber music organization dedicated to new music and historically unexplored works by composers from a variety of backgrounds and heritages.
Bethany Bobbs, Cello
Bethany Bobb''s journey as a soloist began at a remarkably young age when she debuted with the Cleveland Institute of Music Chamber Orchestra on piano at the age of 8 and on cello at the age of 9. Since those early successes, her talent has led her to solo performances with esteemed orchestras such as the Houston Symphony, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and Missouri Symphony Orchestra, among many others. Her artistry has earned recognition from esteemed publications such as The Strad and The ViolinChannel. Throughout her career, Bethany has garnered numerous accolades and prizes in prestigious competitions, including the Lynn Harrell Concerto Competition, Houston Symphony League Concerto Competition, and Adelphi Orchestra Young Artists Competition, to name a few. As a passionate chamber musician, Bethany has collaborated with numerous esteemed artists, including Yura Lee, Desmond Hoebig, Paul Neubauer, Barry Shiffman, Milena Pajaro-van de Stadt, Stella Chen, and many others. Her engagements extend to regular performances with the Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players and the Omega Ensemble in New York City.

Maxim Lando first made international headlines performing together with Lang Lang, Chick Corea, and The Philadelphia Orchestra led by Yannick Nézet-Séguin at Carnegie Hall’s 2017 Opening Night Gala. Since then, he has performed with major orchestras around the world including Cleveland Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, Toronto Symphony, Israel Philharmonic, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, Mariinsky Theater Orchestra, Vancouver Symphony, Zurich Chamber Orchestra, St. Petersburg Symphony. Awarded the 2025 Khaledi Prize for Excellence and Innovation in Classical Music from Festival Napa Valley, Maxim is also winner of the 2022 New York Franz Liszt International Competition, 2022 Vendome Grand Prize, and top prizes at both the 2024 Cleveland International Piano Competition and 13th International German Piano Award. He is also the recipient of a Gilmore Young Artist Award, and won the Young Concert Artists Susan Wadsworth International Auditions at age 16. Together with violinist Tassilo Probst, his album Into Madness, recorded by Bavarian Radio on Berlin Classics, was awarded a 2023 International Classical Music Award (ICMA) as "Best Chamber Music Recording" of the year.
Flute Masterclass with Matt Ross
The Oyster Bay Music Festival will be hosting a free flute masterclass with Matt Ross, flutist with the National Symphony Orchestra. Matt has appeared with the Baltimore Symphony, Cincinnati Symphony and Dayton Philharmonic, was principal flute at the Bard Music Festival, and was a fellow at the National Music Festival. As a soloist, he has earned prizes in young artists competitions across the country and in 2012 was named a Yamaha Young Performing Artist. He is also an alum of Smithtown East High School.
